Privacy & Enquiry Information
How enquiry information is used when you contact Amu Elite through amuelite.com. Last updated 28 October 2026.
Information We Collect
When you use an Amu Elite enquiry form, you may provide your name, organisation, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, event of interest, proposed service, booth or sponsorship requirements and message details. Website and security systems may also process basic technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Why We Use Enquiry Information
We use the information you submit to respond to questions, discuss exhibitions, assess participation or partnership enquiries, coordinate requested services and maintain relevant correspondence. Sending a form does not confirm booth availability, sponsorship, event admission or a commercial agreement.
Form Processing and Service Providers
The website uses WordPress and Contact Form 7. Submitted enquiries are intended to be delivered to the designated Amu Elite contact email addresses. Hosting, email and other technical service providers may process information as necessary to operate these services. For information about service providers or retention arrangements relevant to your enquiry, contact Info@amuelite.com.
Data Minimisation and Security
Please do not include passport scans, identity documents, bank cards, passwords or other sensitive information in an initial enquiry. HTTPS protects information while it is transmitted to the site, but ordinary email correspondence may present additional risks. Access to enquiry information should be limited to authorised personnel.
Retention and Your Requests
The period for keeping correspondence depends on the purpose of the enquiry, ongoing business requirements and applicable obligations. To ask about information associated with your enquiry, request correction or seek deletion where appropriate, contact Info@amuelite.com. We will assess requests according to the applicable rules and practical requirements.
Cookies and Technical Data
The website may use functional cookies or browser storage associated with WordPress, forms, site performance and administrator login. Any additional analytics or third-party integrations should be assessed separately if enabled. Do not assume all optional tracking is in use.
